Connected Hubs, Ireland’s national network of remote working and enterprise hubs, invites hub members and managers, entrepreneurs and business owners to a free webinar designed to help organisations grow sustainably while keeping costs low

Taking place on Wednesday, 22 July at 11am, Lean for Longer: Practical Ways to Grow Without Increasing Costs will bring together experts in workforce development, business leadership and emerging technologies, to share practical strategies that help businesses scale efficiently in an increasingly competitive environment.

As organisations grow, they often face challenges around staffing, management capacity and productivity. This 90-minute event will explore modern approaches that allow businesses to access expertise, improve efficiency and strengthen their operations without significantly increasing overheads.

Speakers will cover three key areas:

  • The role of fractional executives, including part-time CFOs, CMOs and HR specialists, in giving businesses access to senior-level expertise without the cost of a full-time appointment.
  • How artificial intelligence can help organisations improve productivity, streamline everyday processes and make better use of existing resources, with practical techniques to reduce repetitive tasks and free up time for higher-value work.
  • How internships and graduate placements can provide valuable skills and fresh perspectives while supporting business growth, while also benefitting the interns and graduates.

Attendees will hear practical insights from experienced speakers including Emma Byrne of Execli (https://execli.io/), Aisling Mooney of Coire Studio (https://coirestudio.com/) and Luke Treacy of Business Technology Academy (https://techacademy.ie/).

The event will also feature a Connected Hubs news update and interactive breakout sessions, giving participants the opportunity to continue conversations directly with speakers and explore topics in greater depth.

Whether you are running a growing business, managing a hub, or looking for ways to work smarter, Lean for Longer will provide actionable ideas that can be implemented immediately.
